From South Turnpike: take Exit 45 toward I-295 / Maine Mall Rd / ME-114 / Payne Rd / US 1. Take the Maine Mall Rd exit toward ME-114 / Airport. Stay right at lights to go onto Maine Mall Rd (Maine Mall will be on the right). Turn right onto Gorham Rd. Turn left onto Foden Road. VNA Home Health & Hospice will be on your right just before you cross Western Avenue.
From North Turnpike: From I-95 S. toward Portland, merge onto I-295 S via exit 103 toward ME-9 / Gardiner / ME-126 / Brunswick (Portions Toll). Take the ME-9 / Westbrook St. exit (exit 3) toward airport. Turn slight right onto ME-9 / Westbrook St. Take Right onto Western Avenue. Turn left onto Foden Rd. VNA Home Health & Hospice will be on your left just after turning onto Foden Road.
