• From Points South: From the Maine Turnpike (I-95) Exit at 44, South Portland/I-295 (formerly exit 6A) and merge with I-295. Follow I-295 to Exit 6A (Forest Avenue south), turning right at the end of the ramp; bear right immediately onto Rte. 77 (State Street). The hospital will be on your right at 144 State Street.
• From Points North (Rte. 26/100): Take the Maine Turnpike (I-95) south to Exit 48, Riverside / Larrabee (formerly exit 8). Turn left onto Riverside Street; follow to end and turn left onto Brighton Avenue (Rte 25). Follow past the Portland campus of the University of Southern Maine, then bear right (South) on Deering Avenue. Turn left at the next intersection onto Park Avenue. Turn right at Jct. of Rte 77 (State Street). The hospital will be on your right at 144 State Street.
• From Points West (Rte. 302): Follow Rte. 302 to Forest Avenue in Portland. Continue south on Forest Avenue until you pass under the I-295 overpass; then bear right and continue south on Rte. 77 (State Street). The hospital will be on your right at 144 State Street.
• From Points West (Rte. 113/25): Follow Rte. 113 (SouthEast) to Rte. 25 (East) into Westbrook. Once on Rte. 25 (Brighton Avenue), continue past the Portland campus of the University of Southern Maine, then bear right (South) onto Deering Avenue. Turn left at the next intersection, onto Park Avenue. Turn right at Jct. of Rte. 77 (State Street). The hospital will be on your right at 144 State Street.
• Patient and Visitor Parking is located near the intersection of State and Spring Streets. Turn right at the light in front of 144 State Street and the parking lot will be on your left.

• From points North of Portland:
  Take Exit 53,West Falmouth (formerly exit 10) on the Maine Turnpike (I-95), and follow Washington Ave. (Rte. 26/100) to Allen Avenue (Rte. 9). Take a right onto Rte. 9 and follow to Forest Ave. (Rte 302). Bear left onto Forest Avenue and follow to #616 (corner of Lincoln Street).
• From points South on the Maine Turnpike:

• From I-95 Brunswick and points north:
  Take Exit 9 (Maine Turnpike) in Falmouth. When the spur intersects with the Maine Turnpike, bear right (North) and take Exit 53, West Falmouth (formerly exit 10). Turn right on Rte. 26/100. At the next light, take a left into the parking area of 117 Auburn Street (at Northgate Shopping Plaza).

• From North Turnpike: From I-95 S. toward Portland, merge onto I-295 S via exit 103 toward ME-9 / Gardiner / ME-126 / Brunswick (Portions Toll). Take the ME-9 / Westbrook St. exit (exit 3) toward airport. Turn slight right onto ME-9 / Westbrook St. Take Right onto Western Avenue. Turn left onto Foden Rd. VNA Home Health Care will be in your left just after turning onto Foden Road.
