VNA’s Hospice Programs provide support to people grieving the death of a loved one. We offer:
- a monthly bereavement support newsletter for 13 months
- information on grief
- calls to check in and offer support
- visits at home or in the office
- support groups at VNA
- a list of area support groups
- a lending library of books on hospice, end-of-life care, and grief
- referral to grief counselors
- an annual memorial service
