Whether it's attending Mass in our Chapel or enjoying
a warm meal in our cafeteria, we welcome all members of our community, and especially those who have come
to visit a friend or family member in our hospital.

Visiting Hours
Mercy values and encourages the support that family and friends provide
to patients during hospitalization. Our regular visiting hours are from 11 am to 8 pm. Please speak to the patient's nurse if you need to make other arrangements.

Cafeteria
Our cafeteria at Mercy State Street is located on level B1, across from the elevators. Light snacks or a
meal can be purchased there Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 6:15 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. The cafeteria is closed from 10:30 am to 11:00 am
and from 3:45 pm to 4:15 pm so that staff can prepare for the next meal. There are also vending machines located outside the cafeteria.

Fore River Café  is located at Mercy Fore River, off the main lobby. It is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 2:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.  

Mercy Chapels
St. Joseph's Chapel is located at Mercy State Street on B1. It is open to all from 6:30 am to 8:00 pm. If
you would like to use it after hours, please contact Security at 879- 3143.

Service Schedule:
Sunday Mass at 11:00 am
Monday through Friday Mass at 11:30 am

Our Lady of Mercy Chapel is located at Mercy Fore River off the main lobby. It is open to all from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. If you would like to use it after hours, please contact Security at 879-3143.

Email a Healing message
Click here to send a message via email to a patient. Your message will be printed and delivered by a Mercy Hospital volunteer. Messages received Monday through Friday before 2:00 pm will be delivered that day. Messages received after 2:00 will be delivered the next day, and messages received on weekends will be delivered Monday.

Gift Shop
The Auxiliary to Mercy operates two gift shops, located in the lobbies at Mercy State Street and Mercy Fore River.  Both offer unique and affordable gifts, magazines, candy, cards and fresh flowers from the Flower Box. The shops are staffed by volunteers, and all proceeds are dedicated to Mercy programs and services. Gifts for patients in the hospital will be delivered directly to their room.
