To Schedule an Appointment
New patients are always welcome! To schedule an appointment with one of our providers, please call our office at (207) 523-5901, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm
Referrals
Due to the variety of the insurance carriers and plans, we are unable to know which policies require a referral. Please contact your Primary Care Provider with the date and time of your appointment to ensure that you have a referral on file. We ask that you please call their office 24 hours prior to your appointment and verify that a referral authorization has been put through to your insurance company. At the time of your appointment, if we do not have a referral on file, we will ask you to sign a waiver prior to seeing the provider.
Arrivals
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the intake registration process. Please be sure to bring your completed paper work as well as your photo ID and your insurance card. We will need to make a copy of your insurance card.
Emergency and After Hours Care
If you have an urgent urologic issue that occurs after hours, please call our office number at (207) 523-5901. We have a provider on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week who can assist you.
If you are in need of immediate medical assistance, please call 911 directly and ask to be transported to Mercy's Emergency Department at Mercy Hospital, 144 State Street. The physicians in the ED can assist in contacting our office once you arrive and have been evaluated.
Cancellations
We understand that many urologic conditions are uncomfortable and urgent. In an effort to provide our patients with the most suitable appointment, we ask that you kindly contact our office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment in the event you need to reschedule. By doing so, we will be able to offer someone else an earlier appointment.
